Where does Nutria ship, and how long does it take?+
We ship across India via Delhivery. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3–5 business days, Tier-2 cities in 4–7 days, and remote areas in 7–10 days. Orders placed before 2 PM IST ship the same business day.
Is shipping free?+
Shipping is free on orders of ₹499 and above. For orders below ₹499, a flat ₹60 shipping fee applies.
How fresh are your dry fruits?+
Every pack is cleaned, sorted, and packed fresh from our India-based kitchen — no preservatives, no added sugar, no artificial flavours. We do not hold large inventory; stock rotates weekly to keep nuts at peak quality.
How should I store the products once they arrive?+
Keep them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. For long-term storage or in humid climates, refrigeration extends freshness. Consume within 3 months of opening for best taste and texture.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery?+
Yes. COD is available on most pincodes across India. You can also pay via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallets through our secure Razorpay checkout.
What is your return policy?+
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or issue a full refund. Since our products are consumables, we cannot accept returns on opened packs unless there is a quality issue.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. Once dispatched, you'll get a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also track any time at /track-order using your order ID.
Do you do corporate or festival gifting?+
Yes — we offer custom gift hampers with branding for Diwali, weddings, and corporate gifting. Visit /corporate-gifting or email us for bulk enquiries.
Are your products vegan and gluten-free?+
All our nuts, seeds, and dried fruits are naturally vegan and gluten-free. Our handcrafted spreads and mixes are also vegan unless explicitly stated on the product page.
